What is Mold?

• According to FEMA, molds are fungi that thrive anywhere there is a moist environment. Molds can grow on wood, products, ceiling tiles, drywall, fabric, plants, foods, insulation and other organic material.  

• Of the thousands of molds that exist, there are a few that are known allergens,                                                                             and a few molds produce harmful mycotoxins that can cause serious health                                                                      problems. All molds in the right conditions, are capable of adversely affecting humans.

Mold in Your Home?​

If your home has suffered a water damage event, mildew (early stage mold) and mold will start to develop within 24-48 hours if the water damage is not mitigated.
